About The Role

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager—a highly motivated, adaptable individual who can jump into the day-to-day of a leadership role. This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with company leadership and build the foundation of our internal operations team.

What You’ll Do (First 6–12 Months):

  • Team Leadership: Lead operational team, set production schedule and oversee the team’s productivity
  • Inventory Coordination: Track supply levels, monitor reorder points, and maintain system accuracy (Cin7 experience a plus, but not required)
  • Shipping Oversight: Monitor inbound and outbound freight, resolve shipping issues, and maintain carrier relationships
  • Order Execution: Help prepare orders, support kitting/packing as needed, and coordinate with our warehouse team
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assist with special projects, vendor management, and internal process documentation
  • Problem Solving: Find gaps, fix them, and bring ideas forward—this is not a rote task role

What You’ll Do Long-Term (Year 1+):

  • Own supply chain performance, shipping SLAs, and warehouse execution
  • Standardize and scale our operational processes and tools
  • Hire and lead operations staff
  • Be a key contributor to Dutton’s expansion into new markets and facilities

  • A strong leader with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Someone highly organized, with a bias toward action and accountability
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—no two days will look the same
  • Not afraid to do hands-on work (this includes physical product handling when needed)
  • Strong communicator and critical thinker, with a team-first mindset
